We've been working on D's investment project:
Making trips to the library with my new library card
Organizing our closets (getting rid of old clothes to make room for new ones!)
Those aren't his only clothes, but he does need to go shopping!Refurbishing patio furniture
Trying to keep our yard alive
Making (new!) dinners
Taking pictures of our dinner (that's homemade pizza by the way- complete with homemade pizza dough!)
Hanging with the nephews (and their toys that stayed here)
Organizing the linen closet
And enjoying the delicious shaved ice treats that P introduced me to... I wish I had a picture- or better yet, a taste to share! Hope you're having a great summer too!

i just watched "The Jane Austen Book Club" and one of the characters reminded me so much of you!! Have you seen it?
did you read the beach house yet? i think i loved that book...if it's the one i'm thinking of. i'll have to check my bookcase later on.
Jen- I haven't seen the movie, but I guess now I'll have to! I'll see if I can guess which character reminded you of me...
Lissie- I haven't read it yet, but I LOVE James Patterson. I know that once I start, I won't be able to put it down. I'm reading My Sister's Keeper right now... I'm expecting it to be a major tear jerker.
IS my sister's keeper a jodi picoult book?
and, if you watch the movie- know that it wasn't the actual character that reminded me of you, just the way she looks. :)
