Crazy Texas Spring Storm
Hello Spring! Today we had a storm that involved hail, high winds, lightning, and heavy rain. As I was sitting at home waiting on D, the storm roared outside. It was really a scary experience. I'm so thankful that after about ten tries, I was able to get through to D and tell him to pull over so he and his truck would be safe. Here are some pictures of the hail on our street and on our back porch. This accumulated in about 5-10 minutes.

WOOOOOOOW.... i had no idea that this much hail was possible in texas in such a short amount of time. i'm glad you and derryk are ok. thanks for taking pictures for the visual effect. :)

M- Wow is right- at 8:00 tonight, we still had hail remnants...
L- And I heard that at Lakecreek pkwy there were tennis ball-sized hail. I think there was more ice on the ground than there was when we got a late start ice day!
